We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, address, date of birth, government ID documents, and payment details required for KYC/AML compliance under the USA PATRIOT Act. We also automatically collect device information, IP address, browser type, and usage logs for security and fraud prevention.
To create and secure your account; verify your identity; process deposits, withdrawals, and commissions; send transactional and security emails via encrypted SMTP; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; prevent fraud; and improve platform security. We do not sell your personal data.
We share information only with: regulated banking and payment partners to process transactions; identity-verification providers for KYC; lawfully authorized government agencies when required by subpoena, court order, or BSA/AML reporting obligations; and auditors under confidentiality agreements.
We protect data with TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, mandatory two-factor authentication for withdrawals, role-based admin access controls, session token blacklisting on logout, CSRF protection on all forms, and routine security audits. Access to KYC documents is restricted to authorized compliance personnel.
Account and transaction records are retained for at least five (5) years after account closure as required by FinCEN regulations. KYC documents are retained for the life of the account plus five years. You may request deletion of data not required for legal compliance.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of non-essential communications. Transactional and security emails (login alerts, withdrawal confirmations) are required for account safety and cannot be disabled.
We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication and security. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
