By accessing or using the Patriot Digital Trust platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Platform. The Platform is operated in accordance with U.S. federal regulations, including FinCEN money services business requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of an approved jurisdiction. You must provide accurate, complete registration information and complete identity verification (KYC) as required by the USA PATRIOT Act and Bank Secrecy Act. One account per individual is permitted. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Trump Coin (TCN) is a digital asset backed by the platform's collateral reserve. Stated monthly returns reflect the current program terms but are not guaranteed by any government agency. Digital assets are volatile; you may lose part or all of your principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investment in securities and digital assets involves substantial risk, including illiquidity risk.
Deposits are credited after payment confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to daily limits based on your deposited capital and account tier, mandatory two-factor authentication, and KYC Level 2 for amounts exceeding $2,500. A processing fee applies to withdrawals as disclosed at the time of request. Standard processing time is 2–5 business days.
Referral commissions (4% direct, 2% second-tier) are paid on confirmed deposits made by members you refer. Self-referral, spam, misleading promotion, and fraudulent accounts result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
You may not: violate applicable anti-money-laundering laws; use the Platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; manipulate markets or prices; or misrepresent your identity during verification. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture, and reporting to authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail verification, or present regulatory risk. Upon termination, lawful balances remaining after fee and obligation settlement will be returned to the verified account holder.
